How long does a groom take?
Most grooms take between 1.5 and 3 hours depending on the service and your dog's coat. We'll give you a time estimate when you book.
Do I need to book in advance?
Yes, we recommend booking at least a few days ahead. Popular time slots (weekends and mornings) fill up quickly, so the earlier the better.
What should I bring to the appointment?
Just your dog! If they have any skin conditions or allergies, it helps to let us know beforehand so we can select the right products.
Are you able to groom anxious dogs?
Absolutely. We have experience working with nervous and anxious dogs and always work at their pace. Please mention this when booking so we can allow extra time.
